If your catering event requires
server, there will be a $85 fee for each person needed (based on 3 hours)
We are fully insured and can provide
a certificate of insurance when necessary
On events requiring a deposit, a
$100 deposit is required at the booking of the event – this deposit is
nonrefundable in the event of cancellation
Account Balances are due 7
business days prior to the event
Gratuity not included, but graciously
